Don't like what you got? Send it back!


We know what it’s like to have online ordering anxiety - it’s a thing, and it’s terrible! Maybe you’re not 100% sure what size you are nowadays, or you need a very specific shade of apricot coral (that’s a thing too!). Don’t worry, just order it! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back! Just like that!


With that said, there are a few situations where we can't give a full credit, but will instead exchange your item or give you a credit towards future purchases:

  • The item you ordered is no longer available online.
  • The item was purchased on sale.
  • The item was unpackaged and worn.
  • The item has been damaged.


To be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied with your original invoice.
**Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer**

To exchange your item(s) or receive a refund or credit, please email us FIRST -->
Let us know whether you're exchanging or returning your item, and why! We'll get back to you with your options and a return address to ship your item(s) back to.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If we're exchanging your item, we'll send the new item out right away. If that item is no longer in stock, we'll notify you of what options are available.

 If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card.

 If you are approved for a credit, then we will send you an email with further details. 

Didn't get your refund? Let's check! 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items may be eligible for a store credit upon approval. Sale items also include anything purchased with a PROMO CODE that was applied to your item(s). 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please email for directions.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, they need to apply for a return or exchange. 


Upon submitting your request and receiving approval, we will provide you with an address to ship your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless Boutique Marti is responsible for any damages or incorrect items shipped.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
